FAST-ADT and ADT are general programs for data acquisition and freely available (link).
“The minimum requisites to run the Digital Migrograph-based Fast-ADT and ADT programs are:
- Digital Micrograph program version 3 with COM connection to the microscope (EMlibrary.dll).
- Gatan camera.
In case that STEM mode wants to be used:
- DigiScan scanning unit.
The programs have been successfully tested in both JEOLs and FEI/Thermo Fisher microscopes.”
eADT is the decessor of ADT3D and provides also features for data processing, reconstruction of the intensity space, determination of cell parameters, space groups and intensity data extraction. The program eADT is available through Nanomegas, Brussels link to homepage

Demo-Data
The demo version of the program is limited to three selected data sets (BaSO4, Natrolite, Na2Ti6O13, Hemimorphite) link to demo-version
The zip file contains a tilt series, a reconstructed volume and a cif file for each example. In addition for BaSO4 a binned tilt is provided.
